(hereinafter “Bellessia”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website
you agree to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood
them before using our site.
Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your registered
email address as confirmation of your purchase. Please ensure that the correct
email address is entered while placing your order. We recommend saving this email
for future reference, as it serves as proof of purchase.
Payment
Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. All transactions
are securely processed through our payment gateway. Bellessia does not store any
credit card information.
Payment by Card
You may pay using Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. Payments are processed
securely using encrypted technology and strict banking standards. Bellessia does
not charge additional fees for card payments; however, your bank may apply
additional charges.
If payment is not received or approved, Bellessia reserves the right to cancel
the order automatically.
Taxes
All prices displayed on Bellessia’s website include GST as per applicable Indian
laws. Orders shipped outside India may be subject to customs duties and import
taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Bellessia has no control
over these charges.
Ordering & Returns
Orders placed without authorization or consent will be reported to authorities.
Bellessia reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if
required, with refunds processed accordingly.
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery,
provided the product and original packaging are returned in the same condition
as received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise
stated.
Warranty
Bellessia offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase covering
manufacturing defects on the bag itself.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, carelessness, unauthorized
repairs, water, fire, natural disasters, or missing purchase details.
Product Information
Bellessia reserves the right to modify product prices, images, and descriptions
without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary
due to screen settings.
Delivery & Cancellations
Orders are shipped via express courier services. Estimated delivery time is
1–5 business days.
Complaints
Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Any damages, incorrect items,
or defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Bellessia
reserves the right to replace defective items or issue refunds if the product
is discontinued.
Liability
Bellessia’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are
not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
Bellessia shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond
our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or logistical
disruptions.

Bellessia. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
