Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 2–3 business days via our trusted shipping partner, Blue Dart.

We offer free shipping across India. A tracking number is provided for complete order visibility from dispatch to delivery.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The amount displayed at checkout is the final payable price.

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Requests initiated after 7 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned with original packaging, including box and dust bag
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@bellessia.com or log in to your account to place a return or exchange request

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The item is worn, damaged, or missing original packaging
