How is my product shipped?
Our products are shipped by our trusted delivery partner across India. Each parcel has a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has left us, so you can follow its progress. Shipment always includes taxes. This means that the price charged on bellessia.com is the final price, including any additional service fees that may apply.
Currently, we are not shipping internationally, but we are working on it. Meanwhile, you can subscribe to our newsletter so whenever we start shipping internationally, you can get a notification.

Returns are accepted up to 07 days after delivery. Returns are made by our trusted delivery partner; the shipping fee is deducted If an item is being returned due to issues related to quality, all returns are free, from across India. Returned products must be in their original condition (no scratches) and packaging (box and dustbag included). To return an order, please visit our return center.

Please note: the conditions are the same as for a return, and they are made through our return centre. Made-to-order products cannot be exchanged.

You will receive your refund within 5 to 7 days after we receive your product via the original payment method used.
Why are some items marked "Pre-order"?
If you see an item marked ‘pre-order’ that means it’s currently being manufactured. But you can book an item in advance and wqe will deliver it to you in 15-20 working days.
If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. If your item is a pre-order, you’ll find the shipping date on the product page and in your confirmation email.

At BELLESSIA, we offer maintenance for life. It’s completely free up to 1 year after purchase. Please visit our care page for more details. Simply drop off or send your item to one of our points of sale. Most repairs take less than 21 days, if the repair takes a tad longer, we’ll notify you upon receipt. Please contact us at bellessia.lifestyle@gmail.com if you need a repair.
