Refund & Return Policy

At Bellessia, we value transparency, quality, and customer trust.
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund
policy below.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy. You must initiate a
return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags, dust bag, and packaging box
  • Be returned with the invoice / proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, stains, or alteration
  • Customized or personalized products
    (unless defective or damaged on arrival)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product
that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within
48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost. The return
process generally takes 2–5 working days after approval.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Returns must be approved before shipping. Products sent without prior authorization
will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please
return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

Bellessia accepts prepaid payments only via Razorpay-supported methods
(Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets).

  • Refund approval will be notified after inspection
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days, excluding
    weekends and bank holidays
  • Banks and payment partners may take additional time to reflect the amount
