Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — we currently ship across India only. Subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll notify you directly when international shipping opens.
What's your return policy?
10-day returns from the date of delivery, no conditions attached. To start a return, email support@bellessia.com or submit a request through your account — we handle every return directly.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes, within the same 10-day window. Since we produce in small batches, your first-choice size or colour may not always be available — if that happens, we’ll help you find the closest match or hold your return credit until it’s back in stock.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
7-10 working days from the time we receive your item back.
How do I track my order?
We ship all orders via Blue Dart Express. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details along with your full order information — no need to log in anywhere to find it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. No-cost EMI options are also available at checkout.

What is Bellessia made of?
Full-grain and top-grain leather from LWG-certified tanneries, chosen for how it ages rather than how it looks on day one. Hardware is tarnish-resistant zinc alloy. Every piece is hand-cut, stitched, and finished in our own workshop.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every Bellessia piece carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering stitching, hardware, and construction issues at no cost. Separately, we offer 1 year of free general maintenance from your purchase date, covering everyday wear like scuffs and conditioning. After that first year, repairs remain available for the life of the bag at clear, published pricing — because we made it, and we’ll always fix it.
What's covered under warranty, and what isn't?
Manufacturing defects — stitching failure, hardware breakage, construction issues — are covered under the 3-year warranty. Damage from accidents, water or heat exposure, improper storage, or unauthorized third-party repairs isn’t covered. Natural leather characteristics like patina development and colour variation aren’t defects — they’re part of genuine leather.
How do I request a repair or warranty claim?
Email support@bellessia.com with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue. We’ll confirm within 2 business days whether it falls under warranty, free maintenance, or paid repair, and share a quote if needed.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 21 days of us receiving the item. If it takes longer, we’ll reach out before you have to ask.
What do repairs cost after the first year?
Common repairs — restitching, edge touch-ups, hardware replacement, strap repair, deep cleaning — are priced clearly and shared with you before any work begins. Nothing is done without your confirmation first.
Do I need to keep a physical receipt for warranty claims?
No — your order number or the email address you purchased with is enough for us to verify your purchase.
How do I care for my Bellessia piece?
Store it in the dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity, and avoid overfilling to protect its shape. Full care instructions are on our Care page, and our repair service is always available if you need it.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes — plastic-free and FSC-certified, sourced from responsibly managed forests.
